Ever since I was little Kaira, I’ve had a gift for seeing the deeply complex connections between our private, public, and cultural worlds — and a deep pull to use that gift to help a lot of people at one time. It’s taken the adult Kaira twenty-five years of hard labor to learn I can only guide people as far as I’ve guided myself. When I am relaxed, rested, and resourced in my own self-study research? The path to new, liberating worlds become more clear for us all.

And so, from June 2024 to June 2025, I partnered with two generous underwriters (Kia Whitehead and Jayda Atkinson) for my very first global Relaxed, Rested, & Resourced Residency at genKati House in Johannesburg, South Africa. Their financial underwriting afforded me a year of critical time and space to self-study & grow my capacity to embody the leadership I build into my works. Yes, The Creation Agenda exists in its current, clear form because of this trip. The opportunity to be on ancient land where all of creation began? Priceless.

Moving forward, I’m on a magical side quest to do a mini version of this self-study research residency each year — and would love to bring a fellow founder-creator with me. Currently, I’m eyeing a three week return to Johannesburg & Capetown, South Africa in January 2027.
