Ever since I was little Kaira, I’ve had a gift for seeing the world differently — and a deep pull to use that gift to help a lot of people at one time. It’s taken the adult Kaira twenty five years of hard, hard labor to learn I can only help people as far as I’ve helped myself. When I am relaxed, rested, and resourced? New worlds happen — for everyone.

And so, from June 2024 to June 2025, I partnered with three generous underwriters for my very first global Relaxed, Rested, & Resourced Founder-Creator Residency. Their financial stewardship afforded me the critical time & space to research and grow my capacity to embody these ventures for the big life, good works, and great care we all deserve.

Most importantly? This residency signaled the end of my five-year cocoon and the beginning of a new blueprint. Moving forward, I am committed to doing a mini-version of this research residency (3 weeks up to 3 months) each year — and would like to bring a fellow founder-creator to study with me.
